The location is ideal, with easy access to a shopping mall and various attractions. The staff was exceptional, especially Mr Mohsin and Mr Nabil, who were very professional and helpful during check-in and check-out. The room was clean and well-furnished, providing a comfortable stay. However, the breakfast options remained the same every day, which could benefit from more variety.

Clean rooms and very service-minded staff.
My experience was disappointing from the start. The bathroom drainage issues were severely inconvenient, causing delays every morning. I also found the overall cleanliness lacking, as my room wasn't properly cleaned during my stay, which was surprising. The absence of a gym was another inconvenience. even though I was aware before arriving, it affected my plans considerably.

Not ideal for solo female travelers. breakfast setup felt uncomfortable with groups of men present. Room service left much to be desired, with long wait times and confusion regarding orders. The bathroom lacked adequate space for toiletries, making a simple routine a hassle. The beds could use some upgrading—definitely not a luxury experience here.
